1.DOS ODI driver; set chip to D0 mode when startup.
2.32-Bit ODI Driver add 9511 and 9513 ID.
3.NDIS 2 write CFCS command.
4.NDIS 3, 4 and 5; add/modify spinlock for multiprocessor environment.
Sets default value of driver properties in registry. Fix 10M bug.
